Then we study the humans that we are going to help and solve a problem, and analyze their life current situation and gather data. In this process, we do internal research, external research, and data-based research, and conduct interviews ( 50 minimum ) to truly understand our customers. After that, we then solve a very specific high-value problem that our customers face on their journey and life. Once that’s done we then brainstorm and create a chronological action steps/plan which the student is going to follow in order to achieve that specific result. After that, we analyze our competition and current market to collect more data points, build better mental models, and get a full perspective of the situation and the complexity we are trying to solve. Then we create a foundational base offer that we are going to promote and use in the pre-launch process as well. Over time this offer can change and also use better variations of it. In the pre-launch process, we are going to use the 50 lead list we built in interview calls and contact them as well as bring in more people through social platforms, partner collaborations, and all types of available sources to bring in students. We then prepare for the pre-launch phase and start brainstorming and building lesson material as we conduct live classes one by one. This will ensure proper validation and iteration for what we are building. We set up everything for the material creation and started the process. After building out the entire course material we then start the production and recording of the video modules. Following a clean schedule for recording each module with all the necessary components required. After which we then proceed to the tech setup, fancy funnels, email marketing, paid ads, community setup, and all the extra levers we can use to build the business to operate and function like clockwork. After this, we then proceed to scale blocks and post-launch optimization and aim to build an evergreen online course business.
